JSC “National Scientific Medical Center” presents the list of the minimum volume of investigations in case of referral to planned hospitalization according to the beds profile:

1) Blood group + rhesus factor.

2) FBC (RBC, Hb, leucocytes, leukogram, thrombocytes); UA; Biochemical blood test: urea, creatinine, cholesterol, glucose, total and direct bilirubin, ALT, AST, total protein, total amylase; Coagulogram (APTT, INR, fibrinogen, clotting duration, clotting time), feces analysis on helminth eggs – all analyzes should be not older than 10 days.

3) ECG – the result should be not older than 10 days.

4) Blood for microreaction or Wassermann test (with the number of analysis), FGDS, US of abdominal cavity organs – results should not be older than 30 days.

5) Blood for HIV, “B” and “C” hepatitis markers – mandatory presence of the results number, all analyzes should not be older than 3 months.

6) Chest X-Ray – results should not be older than 6 months.

7) According to indications: consultation of a therapist, cardiologist, gynecologist.

2 Gynaecological

1) Blood group + rhesus factor.

2) FBC (RBC, Hb, leucocytes, leukogram, thrombocytes); UA; Biochemical blood test: urea, creatinine, cholesterol, glucose, total and direct bilirubin, ALT, AST, total protein, total amylase; Coagulogram (APTT, INR, fibrinogen, clotting duration, clotting time), feces analysis on helminth eggs – all analyzes should be not older than 10 days.

3) ECG – the result should be not older than 10 days.

4) Blood for microreaction or Wassermann test (with the number of analysis), FGDS, US of abdominal cavity organs – results should not be older than 30 days.

5) Blood for HIV, “B” and “C” hepatitis markers – mandatory presence of the results number, all analyzes should not be older than 3 months.

6) Chest X-Ray – results should not be older than 6 months.

7) Vaginal smear for purity tests, oncocytology.

8) Conclusion of a therapist, dentist, ENT specialist.

 

3 Urological

1) Blood group + rhesus factor.

2) FBC (RBC, Hb, leucocytes, leukogram, thrombocytes); UA; Biochemical blood test: urea, creatinine, cholesterol, glucose, total and direct bilirubin, ALT, AST, total protein, total amylase; Coagulogram (APTT, INR, fibrinogen, clotting duration, clotting time), feces analysis on helminth eggs – all analyzes should be not older than 10 days.

4 Therapeutic

8) Coronary arteriography + test results on disk – if performed.

10) In case of sending with arterial hypertension – results of 24-hour blood pressure monitoring (if applicable), kidney vessels USDG (if applicable).

11) In case of sending with aortic aneurysm – results of CT with contrast (if applicable).

6 Cardiac surgery

1) Blood group + rhesus factor.

4) Blood for microreaction or Wassermann test (with the number of analysis), FGDS, US of abdominal cavity organs – results should not be older than 30 days.

5) Blood for HIV, “B” and “C” hepatitis markers – mandatory presence of the results number, all analyzes should not be older than 3 months.

6) Chest X-Ray – results should not be older than 6 months.7) Echocardiography – prescription of the result no more than 30 days;

9) USDG of brachiocephalic vessels and lower extremities vessels (if applicable).
