Program name: "Combined treatment of lung cancer using tomotherapy and immunotherapy with autologous activated lymphocytes".
Objective: The aim of the project is a comparative assessment of the combined use of tomotherapy and cellular immunotherapy with a scientific justification of their effect on the tumor microenvironment and changes in the patient's local immunity, as well as the development of optimal conditions for a combination of treatment, which will make it possible to form a powerful immunological weapon against tumor growth and improve the results of lung cancer treatment.
Type of research: multicenter, open.
There are 20 patients in total, including 20 patients with histologically confirmed lung malignancy (small cell/non-small cell carcinoma) no more than 3.0 cm in diameter. Patients will be randomized into 2 groups.
