In the reception Department, according to the schedule, from 08:00 to 17:00, the reception and registration of incoming patients is carried out in a planned, urgent manner and on a paid basis (or on a contractual basis under an insurance policy). - If there are indications for Planned hospitalization in a hospital, a PHC or a specialist of a healthcare organization conducts consultations of specialized specialists in accordance with the diagnosis sent to the patient, guided by clinical protocols of clinical and Diagnostic (Laboratory, instrumental and functional) research, diagnosis and treatment.
- At the PHC level at the place of residence, the district therapist forms an extract from the outpatient card and is sent to the Mail of the portal of JSC NCSC portal_buro@nnmc.kz. (portal Phone 8 (7172) 57-76-19). Then, within 2 working days, the heads of structural divisions form a response advisory sheet with a list of pre-hospital examinations at the outpatient stage for the patient's release to the portal "Bureau of hospitalization".
- On the planned day of hospitalization, the patient must come to the reception of JSC "NSMO" with a full list of examinations within the period previously stated in the advisory sheet.
- In the examination room at the level of the admissions office, the Attending Physician of the profile department examines the patient. The Attending Physician collects an Anamnesis, checks the analyzes and examinations of the outpatient period, informs him about the internal regulations of the healthcare organization with a mark in the medical record, the procedure for visiting a patient receiving medical care in an inpatient setting is established by the internal regulations of the healthcare organization, fills out an informed consent to the provision of inpatient care around the clock.
- If the admission is confirmed by the nurses of the reception department, the medical record of the inpatient patient is activated in the Damumed system with further support to the profile Department.
2) emergency hospitalization, provision of emergency and emergency care to patients in case of independent appeal to the reception department or when the patient applies to the outpatient and advisory center of JSC NCSC, in case of development of a serious condition that threatens his life.
- Considered by the doctor of the reception department and specialized specialists for indications (as part of an expanded consultation at the level of the reception department).
- Specialists, after examining the patient, record the list and sequence of treatment and diagnostic measures, consultations of specialized specialists on the testimony.
-If dynamic monitoring is necessary for the diagnosis, the patient will be in OARIT No. 2. During this period, the full range of emergency medical and diagnostic measures is carried out.
In case of preliminary diagnosis according to strict indications, the head of the structural unit, nurses of the reception Department begin the medical record of the inpatient patient in the Damumed system with further or immediate accompaniment to the profile Department.
3) hospitalization on a paid basis (under an agreement with an insurance policy) is carried out by a preliminary full-time consultation with the head of the structural unit or after a consultation of specialists of the outpatient and advisory center of JSC "NSMO".The hospitalization process is carried out in accordance with the order of the Minister of health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 29, 2020 No. MH RK-170/2020"on approval of the rules for the provision of paid services by healthcare entities and the standard form of the contract for the provision of paid medical services".
- On the planned day of hospitalization, the head of the structural unit issues a referral for hospitalization with a clear diagnosis (with a possible operation code) in a prepaid amount with a minimum list of examinations in the pre-hospital period.
- In the examination room at the level of the admissions office, the Attending Physician of the profile department examines the patient. The Attending Physician informs him about the internal regulations of the healthcare organization with a mark in the medical card, the procedure for visiting a patient receiving medical care in inpatient conditions is established by the internal regulations of the healthcare organization, fills out an informed consent to the provision of Round-the-clock inpatient care.
- The medical record of the inpatient patient is activated in the Damumed system by the nurses of the reception department, and then accompanied to the profile Department.
