- Anesthesiology and Intensive Care
(Adult, Pediatric) — 3-year program - Cardiology
(Adult, Pediatric) — 3-year program - Cardiac Surgery (Adult and Pediatric) — 4-year program.
- General Surgery — 3-year program (tuition-based residency)
- Urology and Andrology
(Adult, Pediatric) — 3-year program (tuition-based residency) - Gastroenterology
(Adult, Pediatric) — 2-year program (tuition-based residency)
Application period: July 3–25, 2025 (inclusive)

Required documents:
Application addressed to the Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “NSMC” (form available at www.nnmc.kz);
Original diploma and transcript of Bachelor’s and Internship completion; Internship completion certificate (original);
Specialist certificate in healthcare or information about it (copy; for documents issued by a foreign country);
Copy of national ID card;
Copy of the National Center for Independent Examination’s IGA results;
Personal data sheet (all sections must be filled in and a photo attached);
Completed candidate's personal card (form available at www.nnmc.kz);
Medical certificate form No. 075-u (including chest X-ray);
Six photographs (3×4 cm);
Document confirming employment history (employment contract, labor book, or reference) — copies, if available;
Military ID or registration certificate — copy;
Marriage certificate — copy;
Recommendation letter from the last place of study/work, signed and stamped;
Certificates, diplomas for participation in scientific conferences and contests; awards, research scholarships or grants; publications — copies (if available);
International certificate confirming foreign language proficiency — copy (if available);
Plastic file folder with 20 sleeves.
